1 injured when car slams into West Cape May building

WEST CAPE MAY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say one person was injured after a car slammed into a building in West Cape May, New Jersey Saturday morning.

The incident happened around 10:00 a.m. on the 600 block of Park Boulevard.

Fire crews had to rescue one person trapped inside the car.

There is no word on their condition.

It's not clear if anyone was inside the building at the time of the crash.

Police are investigating the accident.
