Autism at Work with SAP and Eagles
Many on the spectrum are showing off their skills in the professional world with businesses like SAP.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Many on the spectrum are showing off their skills in the professional world with businesses like SAP.

The company's North American headquarters in Newtown Square is one of 27 global SAP locations that has hired employees through its Autism at Work program, designed to assist and encourage those with autism to work in a professional environment.

Program Consultant Peg Monaghan says the hardest part for someone with autism is the interview process. She encourages all businesses to aid those with autism through these situations so they can comfortably show their true talents.

SAP employees David Siegal and Mike Giongo are both succeeding in their roles thanks to the Autism at Work program. This weekend, they are both proud to participate in a panel preceding the Eagles Autism Challenge to share their message.

SAP is a partner of the Eagles Autism Challenge, which will take place this Saturday, May 18, at Lincoln Financial Field.
