Bringing warmth to an entire school

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An act of kindness is helping an entire school in North Philadelphia.

Thursday morning, every student from Alliance for Progress Charter had an opportunity to pick out a new winter coat.

Tables with stacks and stacks of jackets in every color lined the Martin Luther King rec center.

Fifty volunteers welcomed the students and helped them go shopping.

This is all thanks to Operation Warm and TD bank.
