SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A crash involving two tanker trucks slowed traffic on I-95 in South Philadelphia.
It happened before 5 a.m. Monday in the southbound lanes near the Washington Avenue exit.
Video from Chopper 6 HD showed the two tankers in the right shoulder.
One appeared to have rear-ended the other.
There were no immediate reports of serious injuries.
Traffic was delayed approaching the scene as police investigated and crews worked to remove the trucks.
All lanes of I-95 South were back open by 11 a.m.
