Dog with failing sight survives 15-foot fall

A dog with failing sight took a tumble, but lived to tell the tale.

Sam, a 13-year old Boston Terrier tumbled off a 15-foot high balcony on Christmas Day.

His owner found him paddling in a hot tub below.

He suffered 5 broken ribs and a fracture to his pelvis.

Sam had gotten outside through a cracked sliding door .

His owner said, "His eyesight is a little poor. I think he got a little disoriented around

the balcony to the next door and he couldn't get back."

Sam is recovering at an animal hospital and will be okay.

Sam's survival is nothing short of a Christmas miracle.
