8 injured in head-on crash in Doylestown

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities say eight people were injured in a head-on crash in Doylestown, Bucks County.

It happened just after 9:30 p.m. on Pebble Hill Road near Spring Valley Road.

Police say it appears that two vehicles were involved.

Eight people were injured.

One person was flown to Temple University Hospital. The rest were taken to Abington Hospital and St. Mary Medical Center respectively.

No word on the extent of their injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
