EAST GOSHEN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after a man was struck by an off-duty officer in Chester County.
It happened at 6:15 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of West Chester Pike in East Goshen Township.
Police say the off-duty officer was on his way to work when he struck a 46-year-old man.
The officer then called 911, and he and another bystander attempted to administer CPR.
There's no word on the victim's injuries.
Police say there does not appear to be anything suspicious, and the officer was not impaired at the time of the accident.
