College application fees being waived for Delaware high school students

Delaware high school students are getting a freebie on the road to higher education.

Seniors can apply to select colleges and universities in October and November at no charge.

The fees are being waived as part of the state's fifth annual college application month.

To qualify you must submit the application by November 17.
