LANGHORNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Elmo, Big Bird and Cookie Monster were visited by a very special guest at Sesame Place in Langhorne, Bucks County, on Saturday.

Country pop superstar Carrier Underwood made a stop at the local theme park with her son Isaiah.

Underwood was making her way to Hershey, Pennsylvania, the next stop on The Storyteller Tour.

In a post on social media, Underwood wrote, "Since we were in the area...we got the chance to make Isaiah's day! Thanks, #sesameplace for the fun! We all had a blast!"

In one photo, Isaiah is shown hugging Elmo because according to his doting mother, "Isaiah (hearts) Elmo".

Another photo shows Underwood's son lying down on the ground surrounded by Sesame Street stuffed animals - a sign he had quite a day visiting his furry friends.

Carrie Underwood is no stranger to Sesame Street. In 2010, the Grammy Award winner voiced Carrie Underworm on the popular children's series.
