PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- For most of us, robocalls and spam calls are unfortunately a part of daily life.

Now, a new report from the Federal Communications Commission says half of the calls made to U.S. cellphones in 2019 will be spam.

The FCC says 90 percent of those calls will have familiar caller ID's, but there is not an effective way of identifying them as spam before answering.
