Gunman unloads a dozen bullets into car in Cedarbrook

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A gunman fired at least a dozen shots into a car in the city's Cedarbrook section Tuesday night.

It happened at 8:30 p.m. on the 8200 block of Mansfield Avenue.

A 32-year-old man was shot twice in his right thigh. He is in stable condition at an area hospital.

Police are still searching for the shooter.
