PALO ALTO, Calif. (WPVI) -- A Stanford University team is now using artificial intelligence to improve detection of aneurysms.

Those are bulging blood vessels in the brain that can leak or burst.

The new tool, called HeadXNet, highlights areas of a brain scan most likely to have an aneurysm.

In tests, it raised diagnosis rates, while lowering false positives
