PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A formerly homeless Philadelphia couple, who now have a place to live thanks to the generosity of strangers, were back in court on Thursday.
Michael Jones and Angelique Roland were sleeping in LOVE Park this month when their toddler son walked off alone and was found by a SEPTA officer.
Since then, both of their children have been in foster care and they have been working to regain custody.
At a family court hearing Thursday the judge put the case under review for another 30 days.
In the meantime the couple has moved into a new home.
The Chosen 300 organization raised enough money to cover their rent and utilities for a year.
