Whether you need more back to school items, a Halloween costume, or some winter warm-up gear, we've got just the place to find it - or sell it.

OAKS, Pa. (WPVI) -- Whether you need more back to school items, a Halloween costume, or some winter warm-up gear, we've got just the place to find it - or sell it.

The time has come for the massive Just Between Friends consignment sales. These events are a great way to turn your clutter into cash or get items your family needs at a deep, deep discount.

Just Between Friends franchise owner Tracy Panase is hard at work at JBF's brand new storage facility in Pottstown.

"We're picky in terms of quality. Things have to be in current fashion, no rips, stains or tears," she said.

And items are seasonally appropriate.

You'll find clothes for kids and teenagers as well as maternity wear, shoes, toys, games, books, kids gear, baby equipment, furniture, and more.

And everything is for sale 50% to 90% off retail!

"Right now there's still plenty of time to participate in some of our upcoming sales. They just need to go online and the first thing you do is get a number and that allows you to tag your own items," said Tracy.

Consignors drop off their items and JBF does the rest.

The average consignor at the JBF event in Oaks, Pennsylvania makes $400 dollars. And if you don't have time to tag, a "valet tagger" can do it for you.

"We take the items for the client, physically tag them, put them on the floor and then they're ready to sell," said Tracy.

Consignors give a percentage of their earnings - usually 20% - to the valet tagger.

Claire Guarino say the convenience is worth the cost.

"It's been a huge advantage because it's freed up tons of my time and still gotten my stuff out of the house. And I get some money for it, too," she said.

And Tracy is offering a brand new service for families.

"Where people can drop off their items and we call it "JBF Now" so they get paid now, they get rid of their stuff now. And then we are actually taking the items to the sale on their behalf, so it's kind of a good, better, best model in terms of what you can make," she said.

The JBF consignment sale is at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center from September 22nd through the 25th.

Admission the first day is $3 dollars, but you can get free tickets online.
