Just Between Friends, our area's biggest consignment sale, is huge - and it's happening right now.

Many parents hate spending a lot of money on kids stuff because they grow out of clothes, toys and everything else so quickly.

Just Between Friends is where thousands of families come together for a serious win-win situation on thousands of kids and maternity items.

You can make money and save money.

Tracy Panase is the local mom who runs this event.

"I always tell people I have the best job in the world because it's families helping families. It's a bunch of moms and dads getting together to recycle, reuse and repurpose their items and so at the same tiem they're making money and saving money," said Tracy.

Through Sunday, March 20, Just Between Friends is at the Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania.

Consignors sell the new and gently used items their families have outgrown or no longer use. They set their own price and drop them off at the event.

Just Between Friends, or JBF, does the rest of the work. Families can earn up to 70 percent of the sale price!

As for shoppers? Well, the savings are through the roof.

"I have three kids and I feel like I can get them everything I need and more at a very good price," said Vicky Sullivan from Reading.

"A lot of stuff is brand new with tags on it," said another shopper.

Shoppers looking for bargains can find maternity wear plus all kinds of stuff for kids, including clothing, shoes, toys, games, books, baby equipment, outdoor gear, furniture, and much, much more.

"Here's a great three-piece set from Heartstrings. You've got a shirt, a vest and then the khaki pants for $20 dollars. This would retail for $55-$60 dollars," said Tracy.
