Slick roads blamed for Kelly Drive crash

FAIRMOUNT PARK -- Slick roads are being blamed for an accident on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park section early Thursday morning.

Police say a driver was traveling west on Kelly Drive, just west of Fountain Green around 2:00 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle.

The car then slid across the drive and struck a street light.

The driver was not injured in the crash, police say.
