The Philadelphia region is working to clean up after severe storms brought heavy rain and flooding Tuesday night.
Sunshine returns Wednesday and mixes with clouds. Dewpoints drop from the low 70s to the mid 60s.
There's just an afternoon pop-up or two, but most areas stay dry.

Tornado warning expires for New Castle, Salem, Gloucester and Delaware counties
A Tornado Warning has expired for Delaware County in Pennsylvania, Salem and Gloucester counties in New Jersey and New Castle County, Delaware.
A warning means that either a tornado has been spotted or a radar has picked one up.
