PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The massive cleanup effort will continue on Tuesday after a winter storm slammed the Philadelphia region.
Officials have stressed that road conditions may still be dangerous, especially with temperatures plummeting this week.
The next chance of widespread precipitation doesn't come until the weekend, and we will be watching to see whether a nor'easter forms and tracks along the coast or mainly stays out to sea.

Delaware issues Level 2 driving restriction in New Castle, Kent counties
Delaware Gov. Matthew Meyer has issued a Level 2 Driving Restriction for New Castle County and Kent counties, effective at 10 a.m.
Under a Level 2 Driving Restriction, no person may operate a motor vehicle on Delaware roadways, except for persons designated as essential personnel, including operators of snow removal equipment employed or contracted by a public or private entity, or designated persons already approved through the Delaware Emergency Management Agency's State of Emergency Driving Waiver Program.
"These state-mandated Driving Restrictions will remain in place to keep emergency responders and other essential motorists safe by minimizing nonessential travel during severe weather and perilous road conditions," state officials said.
