Driver killed after vehicle overturns, catches fire on I-295 in Lawnside

LAWNSIDE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in South Jersey are investigating what caused a fatal crash overnight.

It happened along I-295 in Lawnside, Camden County.

Authorities say it happened just south of Warwick Road around 2 a.m. Saturday.

The driver was traveling southbound when they lost control of the vehicle.

The vehicle flipped over and burst into flames.

The driver was killed.
