NJ Transit bus hits, kills pedestrian in Voorhees

VOORHEES, N.J. (WPVI) -- A deadly crash involving a NJ Transit bus and a pedestrian is under investigation in Voorhees.

It was around two this afternoon when police were called to the scene.

All of this unfolded in front of the Boscov's in the Voorhees town center.

They roped off part of the parking lot with crime tape.

The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office is working with Voorhees Township Police to figure out exactly what happened.
