Delaware County community gets new police chief

BROOKHAVEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- For the first time in two years the Borough of Brookhaven, Delaware County is getting a new police chief.

The Action Cam was there as Matt Kurten is sworn in Monday morning.

Kurten comes to Brookhaven after serving as a captain in the Wilmington Police Department.
