EDGEMOOR, Del. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a teenager deliberately set a house on fire in Wilmington, Delaware earlier this week, and now that boy is facing serious charges.
The State Fire Marshal's Office arrested a 15-year-old boy Thursday night for the July 13, 2015 arson of a home on Bedford Drive in the Edgemoor Gardens section of the city.
It was shortly before 11:00 p.m. when firefighters responded to the house fire. Upon arrival fire crews found the house heavily involved in fire.
The cause of the fire was later determined to have been intentionally started.

The fire caused approximately $75,000 in damage to the residence.
No one was injured in the fire.
The juvenile suspect is charged with felony Arson 2nd degree and felony Burglary 2nd degree.
He was arraigned and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center in lieu of $10,000 secured bond.
