Collision sends SUV into base of Cira Centre

UNIVERSITY CITY (WPVI) -- A collision damaged part of the base of the Cira Centre in the University City section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 12 a.m. Tuesday at 30th and Chestnut streets.

The two-vehicle crash took down a traffic light and sent an SUV up against a coffee house, located on the first floor of the high-rise.

Police say there were no serious injuries.
