Bringing beauty to vacant property in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A Wilmington neighborhood will be getting greener.

Action News was at 5th and Madison, as people got busy planting trees.

Several groups and the city of Wilmington partnered to add beauty to the vacant property, which is just feet from the community center.
