Police vehicle, car collide in South Jersey

BRIDGETON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A police vehicle collided with another car in Bridgeton, New Jersey.

It happened around 2 a.m. Sunday on State Highway 77 and Irving Avenue.

A Bridgeton police officer and the other driver were taken to Inspira Health Center Bridgeton for minor injuries.

The road was closed for approximately an hour while police investigated.
