PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A former Philadelphia Traffic Court judge was sentenced for his role in a ticket fixing scheme.
Robert Mulgrew was sentenced Wednesday to 18 months in prison.
Mulgrew was found guilty of lying to the FBI and a federal grand jury.
Wednesday's sentence will be added to the 2.5 year sentence Mulgrew was given in August on separate charges.
However Mulgrew was found not guilty in a separate ticket-fixing case.
