Gunshot victims found after crash in North Phila.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police responding to a car accident in North Philadelphia found two gunshot victims.

It happened around 7:55 p.m. Wednesday at Lawrence and Cumberland streets.

Officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. They were rushed to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

Police later learned that a suspect got out of a pickup truck and fired as the victims were driving down Lawrence Street.

The suspect then got back into a truck and fled.

No word on a motive or a suspect description.
