PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Action Cam was on the scene as police placed a shooting victim into an ambulance near Fairmount Park Tuesday morning.
The 19-year-old man was wounded in the 4700 block of Parkside Avenue just after 7:00 a.m.
Police say the victim was waiting for a bus with his younger brother, when a gunman showed up, began arguing, and fired three times at the 19-year-old's leg.
The victim's 14-year-old brother, who witnessed the shooting, was also taken from the scene.
Police say the gunman was wearing a grey mask covering part of his face and fled south on Belmont Avenue.
He remains at large. Anyone with information about the suspect or the case is urged to call Philadelphia Police.
