North Philadelphia shooting victim walks to firehouse

Police are investigating the shooting of man in North Philadelphia.

The shooting occurred around 12:10 p.m. Sunday.

Police say a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest walked into a firehouse in the area of 28th and Thompson streets for help.

The male reported that he had been shot in the area of 30th and Master.

No further details have been released.
