Police investigating Tioga-Nicetown double shooting

TIOGA-NICETOWN (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a double shooting in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 3700 block of North Bouvier Street.

Police say a 23-year-old man was shot in the back and legs, and a 24-year-old man was shot in the right arm and back.

Both victim were taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

So far, no arrests or motive.
