Teen shot in the arm in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 14-year-old was shot in the arm in West Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday on Vine Street near Ruby.

Witnesses told police they saw a gray Dodge Charger leave the scene, heading southbound on Haverford Avenue.

The teen is in stable condition.
