Woman's body found in North Philadelphia abandoned house

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the discovery of a woman's body in North Philadelphia.

It happened just after 5 p.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of North Chadwick Street.

Police said the badly decomposed body was found in the first-floor living room area of an abandoned property.

So far, no word on the cause of death.
