Latino-American H.S. students debate at Villlanova University

RADNOR, Pa. (WPVI) -- The next wave of Latino-American leaders sharpened their public speaking and debating skills at Villanova University Saturday.

High school students from across the northeast, plus Mexico, Panama and the Dominican Republic participated in the tournament.

The National Hispanic Institute organizes the event.
