Father, daughter escape Pottstown fire

POTTSTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Fire forced two people out of their home in Pottstown, Montgomery County.

Crews were called to the 600 block of Walnut Street at midnight Tuesday.

They were able to contain the flames to the back the house.

Officials say a father and daughter were inside at the time. They were not hurt.

There is no word on the cause of the fire.
