Man wounded in shooting outside party in Northern Liberties

NORTHERN LIBERTIES (WPVI) -- Gunfire erupted outside a house party in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia.

Police say a man in his 30s was shot in the back during an argument.

It happened just after 12 a.m. Tuesday at 4th and Cambridge streets.

The bullets also shattered a car windshield.

The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
