Police: Suspect seen using paint marker on cars in Point Breeze

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Neighbors in Point Breeze say someone left graffiti on their cars and police have released video of the suspect.

Investigators hope someone comes forward with information about this man.

He's seen in the video, walking along the 2300 block of Reed Street on July 29.

Detectives say he used a paint marker to write on a total of 10 parked cars.
