The School Reform Commission has agreed to sell 11 school buildings that were closed by the Philadelphia School District.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The School Reform Commission has agreed to sell 11 school buildings that were closed by the Philadelphia School District.



The buildings set to be sold include the old Germantown High School in Germantown and the old Bok High School in South Philadelphia.



Some of the sales have already been approved.



Germantown High's building has been approved for a 6.8 million sale to the Concordia Group.



Bok High's building will be sold to Scannapieco Development for 2.3 million.



Leidy Elementary' s building will be sold to CH Belmont Charter School for 2.3 million.



Four other schools will be sold to the Philadelphia Housing Authority for $3 million.
