SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A driver is facing a long list of charges after a police chase in Southwest Philadelphia in which five people, including the suspect, were injured.
It began at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the 7-Eleven store on 84th Street.
Police say the suspect, a man in his 20s, was causing a disturbance in the store and the clerk called police.
Sharon Hill Police arrived as the man fled in a Pontiac Bonneville, and the officers gave chase.
It ended near 84th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard after the suspect hit a parked car and a Subaru that was moving.
The suspect and four people were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center to be treated for injuries described as nonlife-threatening.
