Foot sniffer arrested in Florida

A man with a foot fetish was arrested in Florida.

In August, he was spotted crawling under library tables and smelling a woman's feet at Florida International University.

The school put out a warning.

On Tuesday, the man was spotted on a scooter and police tried to pull him over.

He tried to flee, but he eventually crashed and was arrested.

52-year-old Eddy Juan was charged with violation of sexual offender registration, fleeing and eluding police, and other offenses.
