Scratch-off ticket worth $1M sold on Walnut Street in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A $1 million winning scratch-off ticket was sold in Philadelphia, lottery officials announced on Monday.

Lottery officials say the winning ticket was a $10 Win Win Win scratch-off that was sold in the 5000 block of Walnut Street.
