16-year-old struck by train in Chester County

MALVERN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials say a 16-year-old victim was hit by a train Saturday in Chester County.

The incident occurred around 1 p.m. near Malvern Station near King and Warren streets.

Witnesses who called Action News after the crash say the teenagers were on their way to Philadelphia for the Made in America music festival.

The condition of the victim is not known at this time.
