2 men hospitalized following double shooting in Tioga-Nicetown

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is fighting for his life, and another is injured, after a shooting in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown neighborhood.

Police were called to the 4400 block of North Cleveland Street just after 3 a.m. Sunday.

Police say when they arrived at the scene they found a man shot in the chest.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities say a second victim later arrived at the hospital, with a gunshot wound to the foot.

He is in stable condition.

Detectives recovered 18 rifle shells from the scene.

So far, no arrests have been made.
