PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Before the sun came up on Wednesday, Wawa gathered 150 of its associates to build 30,0000 turkey shortis in their annual Wawa Hoagie Day.
Music was pumping and mascot Wally Goose was dancing when it was scarcely 5 a.m.
Eight tons of ingredients were hauled into the chilled basement of the National Constitution Center, including more than 3,400 lbs of rolls and more than 7,100 pounds of turkey.
