5th Annual Women in Media Conference in Northern Liberties

NORTHERN LIBERTIES (WPVI) -- Some very talented women from the fields of journalism and entertainment gathered Saturday in Philadelphia.

They were here for the 5th Annual Women in Media Conference in the Northern Liberties section.

This year's guest of honor was writer, activist and former Temple "Poet in Residence" Sonia Sanchez.

The theme of this year's conference was Advocacy and Leadership.
