Schuylkill Expressway EB reopens after police activity causes early morning back up

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Traffic is flowing again on I-76, going toward Center City, after police activity shut down most of the Schuylkill Expressway eastbound Thursday morning.

The right lanes, as well as the Spring Garden/Haverford Ave. exit ramp, were closed for several hours.

Chopper 6 was over the scene, where a tarp could be seen on the roadway.
