AT&T customers report cell phone issues

Some AT&T customers dealt with cell phone outages Wednesday.

The company told users on Twitter to restart their devices to resume cell service.

In some cases, devices had to be restarted several times.

And still, some customers took to social media to say even that didn't work.

It's not clear what caused the issue.
