Berks County man sentenced for killing woman, her 1-year-old baby and husband

ONTELAUNEE TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Berks County man will spend the rest of his life in prison for killing a woman, her husband, and their baby boy.

Jose Rodriguez pleaded guilty on Tuesday for murdering Geraldina Peguero-Mancebo, along with her husband, Junior Cabrera-Colon, and their 1-year-old son, Jeydon.

Police say it was all because of a jealous rage.

Rodriguez shot Geraldina before throwing the toddler into a muddy marsh and walking away, leaving him to die.

He killed her husband a day later.

Their bodies were found in a remote section of Ontelaunee Township in September 2025.
