
WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Residents in Delaware came out to the Blood Bank of Delmarva's blood drive on Friday to roll up their sleeves and donate in honor of police officer Chris Skrobot.
The 33-year-old New Castle County officer died in February after a two-year battle with blood cancer.
Officer Skrobot was known for his years of community service, including his time as a volunteer firefighter in Claymont.
