PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- For many of us, the holidays are stressful. But even more so for college students.
Many are gearing up for finals this week. So students at Saint Joseph's University were treated to a fun study break via Yardie Sweat.
It's a mobile dance and fitness company based on moves from the Caribbean.
"From Jamaica, Trinidad, from Barbados and we take these street dances and we merge them with fitness," co-owner Kimberleigh Hogan-Lee said.
Co-owners Hogan-Lee and Tiffany Presson say the hour-long class just aims to be fun, but it's also a great workout, focusing on areas many women like to work.
"On your core, your leg muscles, tone up the buttocks and just get in shape and do something different," Presson said.
For a group of freshman friends, it was the perfect study break.
Same goes for junior Aria Chambers.
"I've been studying all day. I was in the library until 2:00 a.m. so this is a really fun break," Chambers said.
It's not just for students.
Yardie Sweat offers classes at a studio in Philadelphia.
They will also come to your workplace, party or church and bring the workout to you and your friends.
They say it is for all levels.
