Crash investigation underway after pole knocked over in Lower Merion, Montgomery County

LOWER MERION, Pa. (WPVI) -- A crash in Lower Merion knocked over a pole Wednesday morning.

Chopper 6 flew above the aftermath near Lancaster and Ardmore Avenues.

Police say they were called to the scene just before 1 a.m.

According to investigators, the crash stemmed from an incident that began in Delaware County, but not much more information has been released at this time.

Action News has been told one person was hurt.

Authorities have not yet identified that person or provided the extent of their injuries.
